By the mid-2010s, it was clear that the Closter Plaza Shopping Center in Closer, NJ had seen better days. To provide a much needed new look, Closter Marketplace, LLC sought out Burgis Associates, Inc. to assist in preparing a comprehensive planning analysis. Our proposals and professional testimony led the redevelopment of the center into a contemporary retail experience. Today, the results speak for themselves. Closter Plaza now features an attractive architectural and site design, enhanced circulation and drainage features, and an improved mix of high-quality retail stores and restaurants.
