With over 75-acres and 220 unique properties, the City of Summit’s downtown encapsulates this dynamic purpose.
Recognizing the need to promote its continued economic development and improve its existing conditions, the City of Summit commissioned Burgis Associates, Inc. to conduct a planning analysis of its downtown. The result was a wide-ranging plan that offered concrete and realistic goals, ensuring that the document would offer practical solutions to enhance the character of the district.
